Martin Lakeman, a compassionate and dedicated club member, has gone above and beyond to support a cause close to our hearts. Through his unwavering determination and selflessness, he has managed to raise over £40,000 for the Scott Morris Motor Neurone Disease (MND)

Martin set up the fund in the summer of 2023 for Scott Morris, a past player & an inspirational individual who battles with Motor Neurone Disease, the monies raised aim to provide vital support and resources to those affected by this debilitating condition & for Scott & his family.

Martin’s relentless efforts have not only raised a substantial amount of money but also shed light on the importance of raising awareness and fostering compassion for those fighting against MND.

Let us celebrate his achievements and continue to support the Scott Morris MND Fund, ensuring that those affected by this devastating disease receive the care and support they deserve.
