Bromsgrove Rugby Football Club Calling Notice for AGM

Thursday 25th June 2026 at 7:30pm at Finstall Park.

 This meeting is being called in accordance with Rule 8.1 of the Club’s constitution requiring an AGM to be held before the 31st of August each year. This will be the 153rd year of the Club.

May I remind everyone that under these rules any member has the right to make: –

  • Nomination for election to any one or more of the officer positions on the Executive Committee.
  • Any proposals to amend or add to the Rules of the Club.
  • And/or any other motions to be considered by the meeting.

These must be sent to me in writing 14 days prior to the AGM.

As a result of these rules, may I emphasise that it is not therefore possible to deal with any nominations or any other motions from the floor at the AGM.
