Bromsgrove Rugby Club’s peaceful and beautiful setting makes it a perfect venue for both business and social events, being located a 5-minute walk from Bromsgrove railway station and a short drive from the M5 and M42 motorways makes it accessible for all.

With the relaxed and friendly environment, coupled with our welcoming facilities and a large, secure car park Bromsgrove Rugby Club offers the perfect venue for every occasion.

Our function room and bar are available at very competitive rates which are discounted for Club Members.

Function Room

We can comfortably host 150 in our function room which is equipped with a fully stocked and licensed bar. All furniture including tables, chairs are included in the room hire costs and tablecloths and chair covers are available to hire. A sound system is available along with Wi-Fi, projector and large TV screen. We have disabled access and disabled toilet facilities.

Permanent Marquee

This is attached to the front of our Clubhouse is available all year round for hire.

As seen in the attached images this can be draped for special occasions.

Summer Marquee

We are also able to offer you space for a marquee for larger events.

During the months of June & July we have a large marquee available to hire for parties & weddings.

Lounge

Our cosy lounge area with open fire and own bar is available to hire for smaller functions.

We are also able to offer you space for a marquee for larger events, this is attached to the front of the club house and is available all year round. During the month of June we have a large marquee available to hire for parties, weddings etc.

Pitch and Facility Hire

Pitches, changing rooms and shower facilities are available to hire for your sports event or company away-day – please enquire for further details.

Catering

We can assist you with all your catering needs from a buffet for your party to a BBQ for your family event. We have an in-house caterer who can offer you a number of options, please speak to us to discuss all of your catering needs. For business meetings and conferences, we can provide a variety of catering to suit your needs, served as required during the day to fit into your schedule. Breakfast, hot and cold refreshments, biscuits and pastries etc are all available, as well as our delicious hot and cold business buffet lunch.
